This meeting is closed to elected local leadership and staff. The Board of Directors Meeting is the business meeting of the governing body of IR. Presidents, AEs, and state directors attend this meeting to learn about the health of the organization, the direction for the upcoming year, and reports from the legal counsel and accountant. This is also a tremendous networking opportunity for leaders from around the state to hear from each other about issues that are impacting your associations.
