Professionalism in Practice (Raising the Bar with Ethics and License Law)

This Course meets IRIS, COE and CE Requirements.

This course is designed to empower Idaho REALTORS® to exceed client expectations and uphold the highest standards of professionalism. Through the lens of the Idaho REALTORS® Integrity Seal, students will explore how professionalism protects the public, elevates the industry, and enhances personal success.

Purpose/Goal
To empower students with the knowledge and tools to exceed client expectations and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.

Learning Objectives - By the end of this class, students will be able to:
 Define professionalism in real estate
 Distinguish legal obligations from ethical standards
 Apply the NAR Code of Ethics to daily practice
 Avoid common legal pitfalls through professional conduct
 Build trust and credibility with clients and peers
